Stay Active
It is important to be as physically active as you can - try not to sit for long periods of time.
You should do at least 3 hours of moderate or vigorous intensity physical activity each week.

This includes brisk walking, dancing, aerobics and busy housework. If you are not used to being physically active, start slowly and build up.
Regular exercise can also help you sleep better.
