Menopause Cafe is a community-based organization registered as Bond & Bloom Initiative Uganda and is located in Katende, Mpigi District, Uganda. The mission of the organisation is "To provide women with knowledge, support, and resources they need to navigate the menopause journey with confidence, resistance, and empowerment."

In addition to providing training, the organisation gives empowerment activities including growing nuts, dry, pound and pack 12-15 kg of nuts each week, grow mushrooms, and rear chicken where women earn some money. The women have a savings scheme where members save money to purchase school requirements and pay school fees for their children. In the process of doing these activities, they hold conversations where women share their different experiences on menopause and learn from each other on symptom management.
